We are proud to announce that BFS has been awarded the Outstanding BUU CWIE Network Enterprise Award 2026 in recognition of our continued commitment to Cooperative and Work Integrated Education (CWIE) for Passenger Service functions, in partnership with Burapha University, Chonburi.

Building on this achievement, BFS has also received the Outstanding Large Enterprise for CWIE Program Implementation at the Network Level 2026 (Eastern), presented by the Eastern Cooperative and Work Integrated Education Network (ECEN) on 23 April 2026 and we are honored to advance to the National CWIE Awards Contest in May 2026.

These achievements reflect our dedication to providing meaningful real-world learning opportunities, effective student mentorship and sustainable talent development within the aviation ground services industry.

“Anticipating passengers’ needs and concerns allows us to truly understand what they’re going through and offer the right support at the right moment,” says Yismi Samaae, our wheelchair porter who was recognized by a customer airline for delivering exceptional service.

Yismi noticed an anxious passenger who was unable to contact her friends upon arrival and immediately offered his assistance. His thoughtful actions, kindness and professionalism were outstandingly recognized, as the passenger expressed her appreciation for what Yismi had delivered.

“It is about actively listening, acting with integrity and going beyond expectations to delight our passengers,” he added.

At Bangkok Flight Services (BFS), we are committed to uplifting and supporting the community toward our ESG initiatives. As part of this effort, we donated 370 used desktop calendars to the Educational Technology for the Blind Center for the production of Braille learning materials.

In addition, we donated segregated plastic bottles, plastic bottle caps, aluminum pull tabs, used staples and UHT cartons collected from our staff to the Mirror Foundation to support its recycling projects and promote the effective use of resources.

With our strong commitment to Diversity and Inclusion, BFS provides equal opportunities for our female colleagues to thrive in the Ramp environment, demonstrating capabilities alongside their male colleagues.

Across our Ramp operations, our female employees play key roles in marshalling, load control, turnaround coordination, aircraft interior cleaning, baggage sortation and Ground Service Equipment operations including passenger buses, high loaders, passenger steps and conveyor belts.

At BFS, we respect and embrace diversity and inclusion as part of our sustainable business practices, providing equal opportunities for both female and male employees. Throughout this month, we celebrate gender equality among our Ground operations team to highlight capabilities and potential of our staff across various job functions.

Starting with our Cargo operations, our female employees, accounting for 30%, work alongside male colleagues throughout the handling procedures from documentation, pallet build-up to operating warehouse equipment such as walking lift trucks, forklifts, pallet donkeys and elevating transfer vehicles (ETVs).

With our strong dedication to a sustainable future, Bangkok Flight Services (BFS) has been successfully certified with ISO14001:2015, the internationally recognized standard for Environmental Management Systems (EMS). The scope of certification covers our Passenger and Aircraft Ground Handling, Cargo Handling, Warehousing and Documentation activities.

The framework of ISO14001:2015 significantly supports a comprehensive approach to environmental management, encompassing key initiatives such as energy conservation, waste management, resource utilization, sustainable procurement as well as environmental performance monitoring and stakeholder engagement.

Through our proactive commitment, BFS upholds our environmental responsibility not only for our organization but also for our aviation partners, stakeholders and surrounding communities toward contributing to sustainable living while supporting long-term and mutual business growth.
