Horseed Tiles and Concrete Factory is a highly respected manufacturing company based in Hargeisa, Somaliland championing over 28 years of quality service in the construction industry. Founded in 1993 in Hargeisa,

and true to its namesake Horseed has earned a reputation for pioneering local manufacturing and continually introducing new building materials into the local market. In 1993 Horseed was the first company to introduce the production of concrete blocks using semi-automatic block-making machinery. Having a significant impact and contribution to the post-war re-construction of the country, Horseed continues to grow with the developing country positively contributing to the economy and creating jobs and opportunities. In 2001 Horseed opened their Tile Factory and became the first company in Somaliland to manufacture hydraulically pressed garden tiles and pavers (popularly known as Marmarka Dalka) and in 2012 production of designer tiles and interlock was added to the line of products. Horseed offers its clients a one-stop-shop for locally produced building materials.Horseed sells a number of products that are available for display throughout our webpage, including (but not limited to) Designer Garden Tiles, Interlock Designer Pavers, Hydraulically Pressed Tiles, concrete blocks, and more. Having worked with the local businesses in the area, Horseed boasts a series of impressive projects that are well witnessed in the city of Hargeisa and throughout Somaliland. Horseed has installed tiles and interlock pavers at Egal International Airport (Hargeisa), Berbera International Airport, Berbera Port, Mansoor Hotels in both Hargeisa and Berbera, Amoud University in Borama, and for most businesses fronts in Hargeisa, Berbera, Burao, Erigavo, and Borama. Horseed has also been involved in exporting tiles to neighboring countries Ethiopia and Djibouti.
