Quantity take off စလုပ်တော့မယ် ဆိုရင် drawing ထဲကနေ ဘာတွေကောက်ရမယ် ဆိုတာ သိရပါမယ်။
ACMV ပိုင်းမှာတော့ quantity take -off လုပ်မယ်ဆိုရင် Pipework & Ductwork နှစ်ပိုင်းရှိပါမယ်။
Pipeworkပိုင်းမှာဆိုရင် pipe length, pipe fitting, valves & accessoriesတွေကို ကောက်ရပါမယ်။
ခုလုပ်နေတဲ့ companyမှာတော့ pipe fittingကို % နဲ့ပဲထည့်ပါတယ်။
Pipe Fitting ဆိုတာ elbow, Tee, Reducer, End caps…တို့ကိုပြောတာပါ။
Valves & accessories တွေကောက်မယ်ဆိုရင် generally အားဖြင့် ကောက်ရမှာက
Isolation valve (Butterfly valve, Gate valve,etc..)
Check Valve ( Non-return Valve)
Motorized Valve
Balancing valve
Ball Valve
Y-strainer
Flexible Bellow
Pressure Gauge
Temperature Gauge တို့ဖြစ်ပါတယ်
Pipe length တိုင်းတဲ့ အပိုင်းကိုတော့ နောက်မှ တစ်ပိုင်း ရေးပါမယ်။

If you're going to start taking off, you have to know what items to take out from drawing.
In the ACMV system, if you do a quantity take-off, there will be two parts: Pipework and Ductwork.
For Pipework system, you have to measure and take-off pipe length, pipe fittings, valves & accessories.
In the company I am currently working for, do not need to count separately for pipe fitting and just put sudden percentage.
Pipe Fitting included elbow, Tee, Reducer, End caps... We are talking about it.
If you pick up valves & accessories, you generally have to pick them up:
Isolation valve (Butterfly valve, Gate valve,etc..)
Check Valve ( Non-return Valve)
Motorized Valve
Balancing valve
Ball Valve
Y-strainer
Flexible Bellows
Pressure Gauge
and the Temperature Gauge etc.
