Working Days / 工作时间：
5.5 Days per week / 每周5.5天
Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm / 星期一至星期五：上午9:00 – 下午6:00
Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm / 星期六：上午9:00 – 下午1:00

Responsibilities & Duties / 工作职责
• Perform maintenance, servicing, and repair of forklifts.
负责叉车的维修、保养及日常服务。
• Troubleshoot and rectify forklift problems.
对叉车故障进行检查、诊断及维修。
• Overhaul equipment components such as brakes, engines, and transmissions.
维修及翻新设备零件，如刹车系统、引擎及变速箱等。
• Carry out preventive maintenance according to service schedules.
根据保养计划进行预防性维护。
• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in the workshop and work areas.
保持工作坊及工作区域的整洁与良好环境。
• Comply with all workplace safety rules and regulations.
遵守所有工作场所安全规定与操作程序。

Job Vacancy: Accounts Assistant (Full-Time)
📍 Location: Tuas West Region
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team. Candidates with experience using the MYOB accounting system are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable (AP):
• Process and verify supplier invoices and employee reimbursements with proper approvals
• Prepare payment schedules and process payments accurately
• Maintain vendor records and reconcile vendor statements
• Ensure compliance with GST
• Monitor aging of payables and resolve discrepancies with suppliers
Accounts Receivable (AR):
• Prepare and issue customer debit or credit notes in a timely manner
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up for payment
• Post customer receipts and reconcile accounts
• Resolve discrepancies in invoices or payments with customers
General Financial Operations:
• Prepare and maintain AP/AR reports
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing
• Support management by providing documentation and information as needed
• Identify and recommend improvements to AP/AR processes for efficiency
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, regulations, and internal control standards

Requirements
• Familiar with MYOB accounting system
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of GST and accounting principles
