As traditional paper-based purchase commitments were hard to use and manage, S-Business wanted a better, more modern way. As their long-time digitalization partner, we built a fully digital solution together with Solita Oy, who provided the service and UX design. The result was the S-Purchase Card (S-Ostokortti in Finnish), a modern, efficient, flexible, and user-friendly card, along with the Manager service that helps organizations manage and track spending effectively.

The solution was recognized at Finland’s largest digital competition, the Grand One, winning the Best Service Design category and receiving an honorable mention in the Best Work Promoting Positive Change category.

This year, our people really put themselves out there.

EtteplanGO! is our annual well-being challenge, open to everyone at Etteplan. The theme for 2026 was “Put Yourself Out There.” Our employees dove headfirst into the challenge across two three-week waves, one in the spring and one in the fall.

Rafał Grudzień is a Documentation Specialist at Etteplan in Poland. Before joining us, he rode 20,000 km from Wrocław to Oman during an 18-month break. A former colleague kept saying, “Come over, it’s great here.” Two weeks after his interview, Rafał started.

He joined us as a mechanical engineer in January 2026. Now he is a team leader in our Defence Competence Centre, which supports Patria’s vehicle engineering.
