4 Bus Bar Trolley - With its mobile structure and dedicated storage compartments, the trolley enables operators to transport Bus Bar components safely between assembly stages while maintaining smooth operational flow. By keeping materials organized and accessible, it helps reduce unnecessary motion, waiting time, and handling waste on the production floor.
From a Lean Management perspective, the trolley improves material flow, supports Just-in-Time delivery, and minimizes disruptions between workstations. Operators can move components directly to the point of use without delays or excess inventory buildup.
