How to install BELTERMO boards

Today we are examining the most frequent question: How to properly lay and install Beltermo boards? 🤔

The quality of the future home depends on compliance with the laying technology. During installation, the following rules must be observed:

🔨 The board must be laid on a leveled dry base
🔨 You need to cut the material with a jigsaw or circular saw, you can also saw it with a hand saw. For thin boards a clerical knife will work
🔨 Do not leave gaps in the joint area
🔨 Do not step on a board without a rafter during operation
🔨 Avoid high mechanical stress on the material
🔨 When insulating walls, the material is fixed along the frame posts
🔨 Boards are fastened to wood with staples, nails, using a rondole
🔨 Horizontal joints without fasteners are reinforced with boards

- insulation of walls inside the house ⠀
- insulation of interframe spaces ⠀
- external insulation of the roof ⠀
- internal insulation of the roof

BELTERMO KOMBI boards have a high density (110 kg / m3). Due to this property, they are not blown through, they do not shrink over time and do not decrease in volume. 💥The material provides high thermal insulation (thermal conductivity coefficient of lambda is 0.038 W / m * K). Plates have an accumulating property (they protect the room from heat in summer). 🌡️

High sound-absorbing properties are provided by a porous structure and a chaotic arrangement of wood fibers. 🌲 The sound wave breaks up and gets bogged down in the board structure.

Excellent sound insulation is provided by the high density and wavy surface of the material. The sound wave is reflected at different angles. 📐
