Construit cu Niedax: La Frankfurt, în centrul districtului bancar se construiește cel mai spectaculos ansamblu de clădiri înalte din Germania: FOUR Frankfurt (Groß & Partner rundstücksentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH). In Frankfurt, Germany's most spectacular high-rise ensemble is being built in the center of the banking district: the FOUR Frankfurt (Groß & Partner). The four high-rises, which will be up to 233 meters high, will include more than 600 apartments and the highest office floors in the country, two hotels, a daycare center and an urban mix of retail stores, local amenities and restaurants. The tallest tower of the quartet will feature 55 floors of innovative office space.

Menținerea funcționalității pe lemn.

O instalație electrică sigură este esențială în special în cazul clădirilor cu structură de lemn. Ceea ce Deutsche Bahn este în Germania, "SNCF" (Société nationale des chemins de fer français) este în Franța. Prin intermediul filialei sale franceze Ebo Systems S.A.S, Grupul Niedax a reușit să câștige un alt contract important pentru renovarea și extinderea traseelor de cabluri ale acestor sisteme feroviare. Întregul proiect se desfășoară pe o perioadă de șase ani și are un volum de 24 de milioane de euro. Aproape 18.000 de kilometri de linie de cale ferată sunt afectați de măsurile de construcție.

Construit cu Niedax: Motorworld München este o lume a experienței auto pentru toate subiectele legate de automobile.

Pe lângă cele mai exclusiviste mărci auto din lume, găzduiește diverse centre de service, magazine de service și magazine pe tema automobilelor. Das gesamte Gelände ist ein ehemaliges Werk der Deutschen Bahn und umfasst 75.000 m². Bei der Lokhalle gab es besondere Voraussetzungen während des Projekts, denn diese steht unter Denkmalschutz, ist 185 m lang, 90 m breit und bis zu 18 m hoch. Damit ist sie eine der größten freitragenden historischen Stahltragwerkshallen in Europa.
