We’ve just received a few behind-the-scenes shots from another Hansen project in Aspen, currently in the installation stage with our US partner Openings.

No final finishes yet.
No staged photoshoot.
Just the real process: framing, fitting, measuring and checking every detail on site.

And this is exactly the moment where slim profiles make a difference.

The tape measure says a lot: less frame, more glass, more light: even before the building is finished. For mountain homes, where the view is part of the architecture, every extra inch of glass matters.

Great spectacles: much like premium architecture-demand a flawless strategy, composure, and absolute precision. ⚽

Ahead of tomorrow's match between Norway and England, we are setting aside our technical drawings and performance charts for a moment. While both of these markets are incredibly close to us at Hansen Products, tomorrow our eyes are turned in one direction.

Architect had envisioned a monumental glass facade with a classic, industrial grid rhythm. The client was completely on board, chasing that authentic steel-look charm where natural light creates geometric shadows across the floor.

Then, the technical review happened.To achieve that look with traditional True Divided Lites (TDL), the structure would need to be split into dozens of small, individual glass panes. The project manager shook his head: the energy performance wouldn't meet code due to the endless network of thermal bridges, the structural weight would skyrocket, and the budget would bleed.
