Some say welding is a profession. For Jacek Domański, it is first and foremost an art.
Just as a painter looks proudly at a finished painting, a welder takes satisfaction in a perfectly executed weld. Behind every weld lie precision, responsibility and attention to detail.
Nearly 20 years of experience have taught Jacek that true mastery is built through demanding projects, challenging working conditions and continuous development. That is why, despite his many years of experience, he continues to gain new qualifications and take on new challenges.
He inherited his passion for working with metal from his father, who was also a welder. He gained his first hands-on experience as a student during a summer job. This was followed by courses, training programmes and increasingly demanding projects.
He has worked in Poland, Germany, Denmark and Norway on energy, offshore and shipyard projects, as well as large-scale structures. Today, he contributes to the prestigious Hugin A and Valhall projects in Norway.
Jacek emphasises that the success of every project depends above all on the people involved. Mutual respect, trust and teamwork are just as important as technical expertise.
He does not slow down after work either – he leads an active lifestyle, learns languages and invests in his personal development. A true professional understands that professional growth is best combined with personal development.
His story shows that behind every major project are people with passion, experience and commitment. It is their work that creates irreplaceable quality every single day.
