Divisional Public School Model Town Lahore is creating a great mess for its teachers regarding Online classes.The teachers who are not aware of the process of conducting the online classes are supposed to make slides and record presentations then combine the two and upload for the principal to approve it. Instead of direct class through google meet or zoom. Because its top academic leadership is unaware of the whole process, they force the teachers since morning to late night for continuously re-doing the same assignment over and over again. When they were asked to conduct training programs for teachers, they did so in a computer lab that had no internet facility for the trainees. They need to hire some computer literate top brass so that they know how to get the work done. If the administration doesn't spend money on developing internet resources and provide training to the teachers how can they meet the requirements of thousands of students in this time of pandemic. The administration has been highly negligent and not ready at all for Online teaching. When they are asked to do it right, they say "leave the job"! What an enslavement of female and male teachers in modern Model Town -shame indeed.
