"We dream of a sustainable way of doing business"
Congratulations to KSB employees Jonas Bialk and Markus Nowak for receiving the Future Lab Award for their sustainability project KSB Green Community 💚🏆.
The two KSB employees worked on the WeSustain sustainability project as part of the one-year ada | fellowship programme with the theme digital and personal transformation. In a six-month project phase called Future Lab, the project team, consisting of employees from Deutsche Telekom, the Goethe Institute and KSB, developed their vision of sustainability.
💡The idea: to nudge employees into more sustainable behaviour as a bottom-up support for sustainable transformation within companies. Jonas Bialk and Markus Nowak then launched the KSB Green Community where they initiated and implemented projects that promote sustainable behaviour and culture, such as carpooling, seasonal food integration or the reduction of plastic bags. So far about 250 employees have got involved in the KSB Green Community🌻.
