Position: Accountant / Book Keeper – Lahore
Location: Lahore
Training: 1 Month Training in Islamabad Head office (Mandatory)
Salary Range: PKR 50,000 – 70,000 (Based on qualification & experience)
Job Overview
We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented Accountant / Book Keeper for our Lahore office. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, practical experience, and the ability to manage financial records efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts
Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries
Perform bank reconciliation and deposit follow-ups
Manage client payment recovery and coordination
Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel and PowerPoint
Handle emails and basic correspondence professionally
Ensure proper documentation and record keeping
Work on ERP system (experience will be an advantage)
Assist in financial reporting and data management
Requirements
Qualification & Experience
Minimum Graduation (B.Com / BBA / Equivalent) with at least 3 years of experience
OR
Intermediate (FA / FSC) with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Skills Required
Strong command of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet usage
Good understanding of ledger management and bookkeeping
Email handling and communication skills
ERP knowledge will be a plus point
Good personality and presentation skills
Additional Requirements
Must be able to ride a motorbike (for bank visits and recovery tasks)
Willing to undergo 1-month training in Islamabad
Local Lahore candidates will be given preference
No accommodation will be provided in Lahore
