Replacement of Conventional Pressure Switch Controlled Booster System

This is the second VFD Controlled Booster System that we will install at one of APMC managed condominium in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

The client have benefitted from the energy savings and reliability of the previously installed variable frequency driven booster pump system over the conventional pressure switch controller. No need for bulky,large capacity bladder tank that is prone to membrane issues. Also, there is no fluctuating water pressure caused by pressure switch operation.

We have also used NIDEC Control Techniques VFD C200 Series which offers 5yr warranty.

🔧 We have recently replaced the Mechanical Engine Control and Alarm Board (MECAB) of a fire pump's diesel engine for one of the world's leading manufacturers of paints and coatings. The MECAB was damaged by lightning and needed to be replaced soonest after a comprehensive diagnosis.

We have been tapped by a LEED Platinum Certified Office Building in Pasig City to conduct the evaluation and RCA of this Goulds Vertical Turbine Pump.

Our lead engineer is factory trained in Texas, USA and is an expert in the disassembly and assembly of vertical turbine pumps.

After evaluation of each parts, we have provided a comprehensive report and provided complete list of parts for replacement.

AG&P’s PH LNG Project for San Miguel Global Power at Ilijan Batangas City

RTFlow was tapped by a South Korean company to conduct the Testing & Commissioning of Five sets of UL/FM Diesel Engine Driven Fire Pump.

Each Xylem’s AC Fire pump delivers 5,000gpm at 170 psi, coupled to Clarke Caterpillar 800bhp C18 Tier 2 Diesel Engine and is controlled by EATON’s FD120 Controller.

RTFlow have also provided supervision services to make sure that the installation follows the latest NFPA20 standard. We have also followed the controller, pump and engine manufacturer’s startup checklist and procedure to make sure that the system will operate at its best efficiency and operation point.

Actual training for future Engineers

As part of our corporate social responsibility, we are providing free trainings for our future engineers.

In this training, we have discussed NFPA 20 and 25 standards in the real world application.

This training is also included in our PMS offer, making sure that the engineers and technicians in the facility are already equipped with knowledge in fire pump systems and thus guarantees emergency readiness.
