SMEDD and NU Dasmariñas: Building Together Bridges to Success!

On May 28, 2025, Mr. Jose Wilson M. Caisip, Head of Human Resources of SMEDD Corp. was invited by NU Dasmariñas to be one of the esteemed Subject Matter Experts to speak in front of the graduating and incoming 4th year college students at their event – NU Bridges to Success: SM Officers and NU Dasmariñas Career Launchpad – Fostering Job Applications and Exploring Job Opportunities.
Mr. Caisip stimulated the Nationalians’ minds with his talk entitled Building Professional Identity in the Digital Age. He emphasized the importance of professional identity to the incoming young professionals a they prepare to enter the career world. He also encouraged them to start building their profiles that will attract hiring managers in any chosen field that sparks their interests.
