The Arches’ has been known in the industry for more than 3 decades and still gaining the trust and confidence of its clients mostly developers and well known businessmen. This Family owns AGA & Sons and Development Corporation, which has a proven track record in the construction industry. This firm of Engineers provides full professional services to a wide variety of project in the construction industry. Our works spans from the simple interior $t-out and renovations to the ground-up and more extensive building projects such as high-rise residential & commercial buildings. Schools, offices, restaurants, banking institutions, industrial & warehouse buildings are some of the arrays of projects we already have undertaken. In some cases in which design development is included, we recommend, suggest and take part in implementing strategic plans, cost study and productivity. We manage all aspects of the project including proper communication and coordination of project activities. We take responsible for construction means, methods, techniques, sequences and procedures, safety precautions and programs. Maximize energy conservation through the identification and implementation of practical and measurable green building design, construction, operations and maintenance solutions. the President & CEO of the company, has obtained his expertise in the construction industry from a family owned culture that has developed from over decades with hard work and dedication. In 1989, he joined his father and incorporated AGA & Sons and Development Corporation, where he was one of the Directors and held office of the Vice President for Operations. His joining in the company contemplates his urge to demonstrate his technical skills and business strategies. Being hands-on to every details of the business is what made Angel successful in every project undertakings. During his first venture with his father, Angel has contributed notable projects such as the construction of numerous high-end townhouses, schools, banks, warehouses and medium-rise commercial and residential buildings. One of his early achievements was the erection of Metro Bank’s fleet of branches with a total of 56 office buildings situated in different cities and municipalities in Metro Manila, with an aggregate area of 42,000 square meters. Metro Bank Foundation has the biggest influence to the Arches as it was their bread and butter. The Arches’ business relationship with Metro Bank has lasted for more than decades and continues to shine, and now with their condominium developments under Federal Land. While AGA & Sons enjoys its overwhelming numbers of construction contract, in the Philippines, Angel, after a few years of venturing a small construction firm in Las Vegas, Nevada, was again opted to come back and help his father who was at the retiring age already. Angel handles the project management of the development of the Tropicana Garden in Marikina City, a residential community development of Federal Land. Angel takes pride to become part of the development of this 9-tower residential community situated in Marikina as it is recently constructing the third medium-rise building. However, Angel’s decision to give up work from the US and re-joined his father in 2009 was just a timely gesture as it gives him the way to contribute his knowledge and expertise he earned from working abroad.
