The prestige Since that way, the upbringings it was insensibility but for them in their way of consideration it is proper, but to those people who had the education it is reversed but to think about the way that they assumed it is right to them, because they had no education, the behaviour all of them has never been thinking about gratitude, because of the incognizance but the government or the institution the mandate is to educate them properly for not to harm other peoples live specifying to those people live in a down town and civilized they are among the affected most and if the branch of the government they can't handle the situation leave them do not take advantage for their guilelessness or oblivion or to employ them as human desecrator, but have pity to them for they do not what is their action and utterance.
