Our team has completed the initial site inspection for the upcoming 𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 in 𝗟𝗼𝘀 𝗕𝗮ñ𝗼𝘀, 𝗟𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗮.

Our firm is responsible for the comprehensive redesign and engineering of the following systems:

𝗠𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹: HVAC system optimization for healthcare-grade ventilation.

𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹: Power distribution and emergency backup systems.

Sharing our ongoing project in 𝗧𝗮𝗻𝘇𝗮, 𝗖𝗮𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗲—a 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 where 𝗔𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 is handling the 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺.

Sharing a glimpse of our previous site inspection for the design of proposed 𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗮 of one of our hospital projects in 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗼, 𝗟𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗮.

Being involved in this project further emphasized the 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹-𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀.

With this responsibility, we ensure that the air conditioning, ventilation, fire protection, and electrical systems are carefully designed in compliance with international standards—𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆, 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁 throughout every stage of treatment.

Grateful to be working once again with Ar. Alvin, who was our architectural consultant during my early years as a young engineer at Megaworld, where we previously collaborated on Park Mckinley West in Taguig City, a mixed-use development project.

Today, we are partnering on several healthcare projects, with AO+R Design Associates Co. as the Architectural Consultant and 𝐀𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 as the MEPF Consultant.
