Onboard air supply for .hiluxj

Making the most out of the vacant engine bay space to fit an aluminum tank and HF air compressor. A huge truck horn was mounted behind the front bumper so as to not intrude airflow to the heat exchangers. Brackets use existing mounting points on the body. No welding and cutting to the vehicle necessary, completely reversible. A component panel was made to make diagnosis of the whole system easier in case of any issues.

A bracket for the breaker and relay holder was also made from 3D printed PA-CF.

Slider mounts for this Toyota Yaris

Scanned the vehicle floor and determined centerline offset distance from mounting points to the centerline of the steering wheel to ensure drive is aligned with the wheel.

One challenge with the Yaris was to make sure there was enough room for the scissor jack so it could be taken out, while maintaining enough structure for the bracket to do its job.

Corner scale levelling platforms and elevation tables.
racing.solutions.ph needed a set of platforms to accommodate their corner scales and alignment turn tables so we exchanged ideas to execute a design that was suited for their use.

5mm steel construction to ensure rigidity. Position rings on the tables to ensure platforms don't slip off during alignments. Thickened long nuts and welded wheel stops for the platforms and some 3D printed emblems.

Quick fill receiver panel and fuel tank filler neck for this Mustang GT.

Receiver panel had to be re-fabricated into metal to provide rigidity during refuelling.

Two prototypes of the filler neck were made, first was to check fitment to the tank and fuel hose clamping. The second prototype revealed that atmosphere vents had to be added as the factory tank breathers were simply not enough for the volume of fuel being added. 3/8" fittings were incorporated to help with this issue. Filler neck was made from PA-CF material with TPU gaskets.

Custom front bumper for this N70 Hilux.

Customer requested additional wheel well coverage and a lower front hoop to make hood access more user friendly.

Customer provided their own projector fog lights to be used on the bumper and also some halogen signal lights.

An additional bash plate was fabricated as an extension of the existing UVP, further providing more protection for the condenser and radiator.

Bolt on gauge pod for this 80 series Landcruiser.

Owner wanted to preserve the integrity of the interior A pillar panels so the task was to design and fabricate a mounting bracket that could be sandwiched between the pillar and the grab handle. Another request was to incorporate an M6 nut into the gauge pod to accomodate his Quad Lock Ball phone mount.

Custom dual swing out for this 80 series land cruiser.

The swing outs incorporate a dual shear design reducing force concentration towards the base of the bumper. Spare tire swing out can accomodate 37 inch tires with height and angle adjustment. Driver side swing out carries a cradle that can fit 2 20 liter Jerry cans. Cradle is removable and can be replaced with any custom attachment. Secondary pin locks were added as a safety measure if ever the main latch were to fail during use.

Recovery points are directly mounted to the frame, ensuring solid force transfer. Wing portions of the bumper have additional mounting points to the frame to minimize any flex the bumper may encounter during impact.

Tow hitch receiver has been lowered upon clients request and reinforced with additional tube arms welded directly to the frame with additional 5mm gussets.
