Rip:60 Master Coach Joseph Pagulayan kicked off with a 2 hour fitness workouts at Xenical's "Rock the Fat Away" event at the Glorietta Activity Center in Makati last April 6th. The event likewise launches Club New You, an awareness campaign to bring about change and awareness regarding obesity and what constitutes a healthy lifestyle. Coach Joseph along with Rip:60 certified coaches Ferdie and Anne ran his programs called “Flowmotion”(atlhetic flexibility) “Cardio strike” (Muay Thai), and XFit “The Boot (metabolic circuit) workouts which energized the 600 plus guest of the fitness event. He then opened the main event with a short talk of the basics of running, general definition of fitness, and updated fitness concepts relevant to the times.

During the main event, a short demonstration was given to show his home workout using a SKLZ medicine ball and SKLZ barrel roller aptly called “Rock and Roll”. The event climaxed with the Rip:60 Super 60 contest which pitted the bravest women and men to compete for great prizes.

This is the first of a series of videos and mall events coach Joseph shall be running throughout the year representing Team Rip:60 Philippines and Freemotion Fitness as well as Chris Sports. It puts into effect his advocacy of creating a general sense of awareness in order to bring about positive changes towards a “fitter and stronger Filipino nation”. RIP:60 Master Coach Joseph Pagulayan was the main speaker on fitness at the "Rock the Fat Away" event at the new Glorietta Activity Center at the Ayala Mall in Makati! Rip:60 On-Strap Off-strap Workout sessions attended by 25-30 mall guests each were conducted by Team Rip:60 Philippines coaches Ferdie, Anne, and coach Joseph.

The main event was highlighted by the RIP:60 SUPER 60 challenge! Out of the almost 300 participants last April 7th, 4 females and 5 males braved thru the contest to win great prizes!

This is the first of many public appearances of Rip:60 under the fitness tour coach Joseph shall be doing for 2013
