📌 Qualifications:
•Must have a valid and registered NC II Certificate
•At least 2 years of experience in welding structural framing works for:
~Residential buildings
~Warehouses
~Commercial construction projects
•Knowledgeable in structural plan interpretation and understanding
•With good communication skills
•Willing to work on Sundays and overtime, if needed
•Flexible and willing to be assigned based on project location

**Multiple construction-related skills is an advantage
**With own/personal welding machine is an advantage

1st—
Qualifications & Responsibilities:
• Willing to be assigned in Tanza, Cavite
• Licensed or non-licensed (fresh grads are welcome)
• With pleasing and professional personality
• Knowledgeable in construction field works and processes
• Able to facilitate and participate in technical meetings
• Can prepare Work Inspection Requests (WIR) and Requests for Approval (RFA)
• Experienced or familiar in dealing with clients such as Megaworld, Global Estate Resorts Inc. (GERI), etc.
• Can inspect site works based on approved plans

2nd—
Qualifications & Responsibilities:
• Willing to be assigned in Calamba, Laguna
• Can prepare construction schedules and activity plans (e.g., concrete pouring)
• Can prepare daily and weekly progress reports
• Knowledgeable in BOQ and BOM preparation
• Willing to conduct site visits and inspections for reporting purposes
• Can prepare and present ppt progress presentations to clients
• Able to handle multiple projects efficiently

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Good understanding of construction stages and site workflow
• Willing to work on site and adapt to varying weather conditions
• Open to commuting arrangements

COMPENSATION:
• Monthly salary
• Allowances to be discussed during the interview
