1) Site Location, size/ dimension and condition.
2) Proper Building Orientation.
3) Design concept and client requirement.
4) Partial Design, Space allocation and Orientation.
5) Partial client presentation and follow comments and revision.
6) Design revision until its fully compliance to owner requirements.
7) Presentation to owner for another review and comments.
8) Revision and final design proposal.
9) After that, to follow final design approved by owner.
10) Finally the Final Design Proposal.
11) Initial BOQ and Cost of project.
11) Design working drawings, Architectural, Civil/ Structural, Plumbing, ELectrical, and Structural and Electrical Analysis....
12) Finalization of BOQ and cost estimate.
13) Approval to owner.
14) Building Permit.
15) CONSTRUCTION.
16) So on on so forth... wheeww..

(Late Upload and update) 3 Storey Commercial Building had been turnover last december 2024.

First, I would like to thank our Lord Jesus for the guidance and strenght gave to passed all difficulties and trials to this project. We declared to you and in your will. Thak you very much.

Second, Thanks to the owner for trusting and support for our company. Even though some problem occurs before and during constructions, your understanding is always presence. thank you very much is not enough.
