Project Design Proposal for 2-Storey Residential Building.
1) Site Location, size/ dimension and condition.
2) Proper Building Orientation.
3) Design concept and client requirement.
4) Partial Design, Space allocation and Orientation.
5) Partial client presentation and follow comments and revision.
6) Design revision until its fully compliance to owner requirements.
7) Presentation to owner for another review and comments.
8) Revision and final design proposal.
9) After that, to follow final design approved by owner.
10) Finally the Final Design Proposal.
11) Initial BOQ and Cost of project.
11) Design working drawings, Architectural, Civil/ Structural, Plumbing, ELectrical, and Structural and Electrical Analysis....
12) Finalization of BOQ and cost estimate.
13) Approval to owner.
14) Building Permit.
15) CONSTRUCTION.
16) So on on so forth... wheeww..
