This is the very first diesel converted Combined Ricemill. (5 years ago)

In converting a machine, the first consideration we always look at is the efficiency.

Dapat ang bawat patak ng Diesel ay sulit.

Second, performance. Dapat walang pinagkaiba ang performance sa original set up nito.

Third and last is aesthetics.

Of course dapat pogi!!!
Malinis at hindi magulo ang pagka set up, ito ay mag dudulot ng less maintenance at safe environment. (May belt guard yan, hindi lang naikabit 😁😁).

This video was taken 5 years ago pa, pero hangang ngayon ang unit na ito ay still in operation pa rin.

Walang kang 3phase connection available sa area? Wala kang gense pero meron kang engine na available? Or gusto mo brandnew engine na?at Interesado ka magkaroon ng ganito, tara usap tayo ng gusto mong set up.

Another Satisfied Client!!!

Dito sa JB Flatbed Dryer, hindi tayo takot na e. Post ang outcome ng bigas.

Single pass Ricemill lang pinadaan pero tingnan niyo naman kung gaano ka buo ang bigas sa Roxas, Capiz natin na client.

How much more sa modern ricemill.

Ito ang resulta ng Drying kung tama yung parameters na binibigay sa palay. Mataas head rice recovery at mataas germination rate.

Saan ka pa? Sa mura na baka mapapamura ka sa bigas or dito sa medyo mahal pero kalidad pagka gawa ng machine at sigurado maganda ang bigas??

Dito sa JB Flatbed Dryer, hindi lang basta natuyo ang palay kundi dapat QUALITY ang output ang priority!!!

Our steel matting spot welding machine.

We are always looking for ways to improve our JB Flatbed dryer.

Nakatipid ba kami dahil tayo na lang gumawa ng steel matting? The answer is no, actually medyo mahal pa po at laborious, if we compare na bumili na lang tayo ng 4x8 na ready made, pero ang kina ganda is consistent ang output natin, galvanized at hindi undersize.

Sa atin, hindi pwede yung " okay na yan, pwede na yan", dapat palaging "okay ito".

Pre Christmas installation at Brgy. Loctugan, Roxas City, Capiz..

Full set JB Flatbed Dryer with brandnew "JB Power" 36 hp, 4 cylinder engine with clutch drive.

We are just waiting for the the Palay to be harvested this end of the year or January 2 of next year.

We will prove again to Capiz the performance and quality output of a True Flatbed Dryer.

Na observe ko lang, Bakit yung ibang manufacturer hindi pinapakita actual milling? Puro dryer or drying lang? 🤔🤔🤔

Naalala nyo pa ba yung Palay na Giniling natin right away after drying? Ito na po resulta after 1 week.

Kung maganda yung outcome ng after drying at milling agad, mas lalong gumanda pa ngayon.

Ito yung sinasabi namin na kung tama ang parameters na binibigay sa palay, at kung ano yung requirement ni palay ay binibigay natin, ito yung kalalabasan.

Buo at mataas head rice recovery. Yan ang pinaka importante sa lahat!!!

Sa lahat na nagbibigas, kahit sino miller, unang una nila hinahanap sa palay or dried na palay ay eating quality at head rice recovery, period!!!

Pag mataas ang head rice recovery, mas mababa ang magiging presyo ng bigas mo, therefore mas malaki ang iyong kita,

at kung mataas head rice recovery mo, hahabolin ka ni buyer and maka pag demand ka ng presyo ng tuyong palay mo.

Tell me if we are wrong sa mga sinasabi namin.

Also sa ating ricemill, may mga modification tayo para mas lalong gumanda at bumilis ang milling even though single pass whitener lang po siya,

1. Additional pre cleaning- mas lalong nakaka tulong especially pag marumi ang palay na naipasok.

2. Secondary husk aspirator -since we increase the volume ng husker, hindi na masyado maganda ang linis niya, pag binabaa natin ang plate or lakas ang husker blower, maraming tapon na bigas. So we adjust the primary husk aspirator sa tama lang na walang tapon, then linisan na lang ulit ng secondary aspirator.

Mas malinis ang pasok sa paddy separator, mas maganda ang separation and mas mataas performance.

3. Induced rice cooling blower, mas maginaw ang labas na bigas, mas malinis at maganda ang output!

We are innovators, and yes we do have our own research and development. We invest time and money to our R and D, so that we could produce innovative and quality products.

For our Grain dryers and ricemill, we are still looking for possible improvements in performance and quality, even though some of our clients says it's perfect already.

Learning and improvements is a continuous process.
