For our clients and previous clients (from billbreaker) na Hybrid System, I turn off muna your “time of use” para hindi mag discharge mmyang 6pm para meron reserve power for emergency due to Super Typhoon Uwan. Will back it po once wala na ang bagyo. Salamat and keep safe to all of us!

NOTE: This client is from my previous company (billbreaker solar). Since ako po ang kausap nila dati ako na din po ang mag warranty.

After sales service #2 for this week. Palit 3pcs DC BREAKER.

Now the system is running again smoothly.

NOTE: This client is from my previous company (billbreaker solar). Since ako po ang kausap nila dati ako na din po ang mag warranty.

After sales service #1 for this week. Palit inverter from SOFAR G2 Brand to DEYE. The inverter (sofar) reported has a problem detecting over voltage fault, over frequency fault etc. We coordinated it to our partner supplier last two weeks ago.

We decided to replace it while waiting for the warranty replacement. The system is running since 2021 up to March 1025.

Now the system is running again smoothly.
