A site survey for the proposed locally funded Multi-Purpose Drying Pavement (MPDP) was conducted in Sitio Binedayan, Brgy. Guiling, and Sitio Tawasi, Brgy. Rangayen, Alamada, Cotabato by the Municipal Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Office (MABEO) in coordination with the Municipal Engineering Office (MEO).

The activity aimed to assess the suitability of the identified locations, gather necessary technical data, and determine the appropriate layout and design prior to project implementation. This process ensures that the proposed MPDP will be properly planned, responsive to site conditions, and capable of supporting efficient post-harvest drying operations for the benefit of local farmers.

A Mass Turn-over Ceremony of Agricultural Infrastructure and Machineries was held at the Tupi Research Station, Brgy. Bololmala, Tupi, South Cotabato, led by the Department of Agriculture- Regional Field Office (DA-RFO) XII. The activity was attended by various farmer beneficiaries, including the Pacao Organic Farmers and Producers Association (POFPA) represented by its president for their Fruits and Herbs Processing Facility, with the Municipal Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Office (MABEO) assisting the association during the event.

The activity aimed to formally hand over completed agricultural projects and machineries to their respective beneficiaries, ensuring proper accountability and utilization of government support. This initiative highlights the commitment to strengthen agricultural development by providing necessary infrastructure and equipment that will enhance productivity, improve post-harvest operations, and support the livelihood of farmers in the region.

A validation activity for the proposed Corn Sheller project was conducted in Brgy. Malitubog, Alamada, Cotabato by the Municipal Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Office (MABEO) in coordination with the Office for Municipal Agricultural Services (OMAS) and the Department of Agriculture- Regional Field Office (DA-RFO) XII, together with the Malitubog IP Farmers Association as the project recipient.

The activity aimed to assess the actual needs of the beneficiaries, verify site conditions, and ensure that the proposed project is suitable and aligned with the farmers' operations. This process is essential in confirming the feasibility of the project, ensuring proper allocation of resources, and identifying necessary considerations prior to implementation to maximize the benefit of the corn sheller for the association.

The Municipal Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Office (MABEO), together with Regional Agricultural Engineering Division (RAED) XII and Office for Municipal Agricultural Services (OMAS) headed by Engr. Rolando A. Erese, Municipal Agriculturist, held an orientation on the Registration of Ownership of Agricultural and Fishery Machinery and Equipment (RAFMES) and turn-over of the Certificate of Agri-Fishery Machinery and Equipment Registration (CAFMER) to farmers and cooperative.

The activity was attended by Hon. Victor S. Sacdalan, Municipal Vice Mayor, as well as representatives from different farmer associations and cooperative.

The event aimed to guide farmers on registration procedures, ensure proper documentation, and strengthen support for agricultural machinery ownership.

A meeting on the Deed of Usufruct for the proposed Multi-Crop Drying Pavement (MCDP) with Warehouse was conducted in Brgy. Raradangan, Alamada, Cotabato. The activity was initiated by the Municipal Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Office (MABEO), in coordination with the Office for Municipal Agricultural Services (OMAS). The Raradangan Communal Irrigators Association represented by its president as the project beneficiary, and the landowner were present as well.

The meeting aimed to discuss and clarify the terms and conditions of the Deed of Usufruct, ensuring mutual understanding and agreement between the landowner and the beneficiaries regarding the use of the land for the project. This process essential to secure legal authorization, prevent future conflicts, and ensure that the project can be implemented smoothly and sustainably for the benefit of the community.

An organization meeting for the Small Water Irrigation System Association (SWISA) was conducted in Brgy. Pacao, Alamada, Cotabato. Present in the activity were the Municipal Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Office (MABEO), the Regional Agricultural Engineering Division (RAED) XII, the Bureau of Soils and Water Management (BSWM), the Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGU), and the project recipients.

During the activity, officers for the association were selected and formally organized, and the purpose and importance of SWISA were explained to the beneficiaries. The discussion highlighted how the association will manage and maintain the irrigation system, to ensure proper operation, fair water distribution, and sustainability. This initiative strengthens community-based management of the irrigation system and enhances agricultural productivity and livelihood for the beneficiary members and farmers of Brgy. Pacao.
