We just finished off this custom harness for a Nexus R3 running a Blown small block chev powered HQ Holden, setup with LS coils a custom crank and cam trigger setup along with a bunch of sensors ready to provide engine protection and data logging along with updating the factory dash to the massive Uc10

What looks like an LS1 harness but isn't for an LS1...

Something I've been meaning to get to for a while that might interest a few of the die hard Holden fans... LS1 ECU running Holden efi 5L engines. As a test setup I have cut up this LS1 harness and modified to suit the Holden layout and retained the ability to control the 4L60 E transmission. In the next couple months as I have time will aim to have this up and running in a test mule then get Trevor Performance to work some remote tune magic into the ecu tune setup.

All going to plan Will be adding this to the standalone wiring setup offerings and even looking to offer retro fits to VN-VT commodore as a plug in kit.

Something that you dont see often these days a super tidy VN SS in the iconic Atlas Grey.

Kevin brought us his time capsule VN to figure out a pesky intermittent no start issue, having already changed the usual suspects of distributor and ignition module previously this took a bit of testing to figure out... something I've never seen before of this platform a faulty ecu causing igniton timing issues and a couple dud sensors weren't helping , Thanks to Trevor at we had a replacement ecu sorted out timing reset and its back ready for the iron lion to cruise again

Been a bit quiet on the socials front but been crazy busy in the background getting the new workshop built & setup... awesome to have space to take on larger jobs, Just finished up a bunch of wiring issues & tidyup jobs on Gavins VL calais running a gen4 LS & 6 speed auto with more to come soon as we setup a paddle shift setup, and just today finished up Angelo's immaculate FC infini last year we set this car up with a Haltech Elite 750 and custom loom and now just added water methanol injection to compliment the new turbo and make it safe to turn the boost right up.

Plenty of cool builds in the pipeline so stay tuned

Not the usual job to pass over the bench this week... a previous customer contacted us to see if we can sort out this transmission harness for an underground mining machine.

The replacement harness to repair a fault supplied by the Komatsu dealer was clearly incorrect with less plugs than the original one. A time consuming job to trace out every circuit, find what's missing and replicate it on the new one and repin to the correct main connector having removed the incorrect 31 pin it was supplied with. All modified and back together looking like a factory part.

When your using nearly all the available pins on a Haltech R3 you know there's a bit going on and alot of wires to deal with... recently finished off this custom loom for a turbo Barra and zf6 auto, running all the engine gearbox and setup for aircon with the loom routed to be hidden as much as possible, up next onto the chassis side rewire to mate up to this.
