What keeps a customer coming back for over 8 years?

The great feedback keeps rolling in. This time it’s from one of our longest-standing customers, Tyremax New Zealand.

What keeps a customer coming back for over 8 years?

How do you know a forklift refurbishment’s been done right? When the customer’s own team can’t tell.

“Some members of our team don’t even realise it’s a second-hand forklift until they’re told,” as we shared last week, is what Director Josh Watts from Sticks Building Supplies Limited said about their refurbished machine. As promised, here are the delivery photos.

A beautifully refurbished 2017 Combilift C4000, fully repainted with a 6000mm triplex mast, new deep suspension seat, new elastic tyres and a fully enclosed cabin, so the operator gets comfort and the business gets quality without the cost of brand new.

And like all C-Series machines, it’s three forklifts in one (a sideloader, counterbalance and narrow aisle forklift), using four way movement to shift long loads through tight spaces with no double handling.

We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again, maximising space doesn’t always mean buying new.

How do you know a forklift refurbishment's been done right?

When the customer's own team can't tell.

"Some members of our team don't even realise it's a second-hand forklift until they're told," as we shared last week, is what Director Josh Watts from Sticks Building Supplies Limited said about their refurbished machine. As promised, here are the delivery photos.

Still not sold on ‘refurbished’ machines? - Well don’t just take our word for it.

We recently checked in with the team at Sticks Building Supplies Limited on their beautifully refurbished 2017 Combilift C4000 forklift, and here’s what Director Josh Watts had to say:

Busy busy busy! We've been quiet on our socials lately, but behind the scenes we've never been busier. The good news is we're back, with a lot of exciting deliveries to share.

The Combilift CBE4000 multidirectional forklift moves long loads sideways and keeps them low to the ground, so there's no lifting bulky product overhead. Great for timber and long building materials while saving floor space in store.

Alongside it, a Combilift WR1500 pedestrian stacker, the first purpose built pedestrian reach stacker that runs in aisles as narrow as 2.1m, with a 1,500kg lift capacity at a 500mm load centre and lift heights up to 6350mm. . Its patented multi position tiller arm improves visibility and reduces the risk of incidents in tight spaces. Fully electric, so a clean fit indoors.

With these two machines, Mitre 10 Papamoa will work more efficiently and, most importantly, safely.

2006 was 20 years ago.....it was also the year this Combilift C4000 was built.

Would you have guessed it?

This truck has recently been beautifully refurbished for one of our clients. It looks as good as new, runs perfectly, and comes with a far more appealing price tag than a brand new machine.
