Mooring owners,
With the forecast showing a cyclonic system approaching this weekend, we wanted to reach out and encourage all boat owners to take a few steps to help protect their vessels and moorings, which I know most of you are great at.
If you haven’t already, it’s a good idea to:
- Check all mooring lines and connections
- Ensure chafe protection is in place and secure
- Double up lines where possible for added security
- Remove or properly secure any loose items on deck
If you’re unable to get to your vessel or would prefer a professional check, we have a few (limited) slots available to carry out a quick check and can make any necessary adjustments to help reduce risk on the 9th and 10th of April.
