V8 Indian "It's time the world had a V8 Indian motorcycle" thought NZ classic motorcycle maker Ken Campbell. So This engine has been designed and hand built by its owner.

The start was having castings done for all the components like crankcases, sump, cylinders, cylinder heads, exhaust manifolds and timing cover. All these castings were machined by Ken himself in his own workshop using only manual controlled machinery. It is a 45 degree V8 158 cubic inches or 2.6 litre. Made to look like something the Indian Motorcycle factory could have produced way back in the 1930's and it fits straight into an original unaltered 4 cylinder Indian frame.
