Here’s Ryan’s immaculate Holden HK GTS Monaro 🔥

I designed and fabricated a PWR Advanced Cooling Technology 55mm High Spec radiator featuring a Maradyne High Performance Fans 16" fan front and centre.

Another custom solution out the door — this time for Jason’s immaculate Mazda RX2.

Built using a PWR Advanced Cooling Technology High Spec core featuring extruded tube construction and R-Fin for maximum heat rejection, paired with a Maradyne High Performance Fans 16” fan.

This radiator was designed to work around the existing Fenix intercooler setup, with custom cut-outs in the tanks to allow clearance for the intercooler pipework to increase radiator surface area as much as possible.

This setup fixed Jason's overheating issues!

PWR Advanced Cooling Technology 55mm High Spec half size radiator for Tim’s Mitsubishi Evo 2.

Extruded tube core with PWR’s R-Fin for maximum efficiency, packaged into a half-size setup and backed by a Maradyne High Performance Fans 14" 2130 CFM fan.

Designed in CAD without needing a sample/measuring the vehicle and finished with integrated ducting mounts to suit Tim’s custom Kevlar duct work.

Custom 55mm High Spec PWR Advanced Cooling Technology radiator for an R32 Skyline GTR, fitted with dual Maradyne High Performance Fans fans and SPAL fan flaps.

Built around a 2.05mm extruded tube, dual-pass core using PWR’s R-Fin for increased tube to fin contact and improved thermal efficiency. Speedflow Australia weld-ons were used to suit the Hypertune inlet manifold.

Designed specifically to clear the external oil pump on this 1300hp RB30 setup.

Custom PWR Advanced Cooling Technology full-face oil cooler, purpose built to mount engine side on one of my existing PWR radiators for this historic Chevrolet Monza.

Featuring a 19 mm lightweight rolled-tube core with internal turbulators, Speedflow Australia -12 ORB fittings, and my M8 isolation mounts for durability and vibration control.

Here's a PWR Advanced Cooling Technology 55mm High Spec radiator paired with dual Maradyne High Performance Fans 12" fans for Jarmey Motorsport NZ for their C5 Corvette Trans Am

This unit features all 55mm thick extruded tube with PWR's R-Fin technology for maximum heat rejection and durability under sustained load.

This radiator was built entirely from a drawing without requiring the sample using Autodesk Fusion
