We are a New Zealand base company specializing in producing machines for manufacture of sectional helices or flights used in the production of augers, screw conveyors, agitators, marine anchors, screw piles, screw presses, turbines and many other screw flighted products. ilities, with our HF1 Utra Adjustable Machine series to produce a 1350mm diameter helix with 800mm pitch on 30mm plate we would expect to take no longer than 3 minutes to form. Our new Model HF1 MDHD machine are capable of forming wear plate (Bisalloy, Hardox 450 etc) up to 25mm in thickness. We have a great depth of knowledge in all aspects of the business from overall business strategy to enhance long term market development and profitability in sectional flight development, world best practices in engineering and installation equipment.

These stacks of true‑form helices reflect what matters on the shop floor: repeatable accuracy, precise pitch control, and consistent geometry from helix to helix. When simplified true‑form flighting becomes part of daily production, quality, efficiency, and confidence in downstream assembly all follow. Helix Flight provides the first step in what is one of the world’s true leaders in screw pile/helical pile automated welding production facilities.

Exciting News from Helix Flight! We’re thrilled to welcome David Lopez as our new Director of Sales & Business Development. David brings a wealth of international experience across diverse industries, with a strong emphasis on client relationships and global expansion.

Fluent in Spanish, French, Italian and English, David adds to our team’s multilingual strength, which also includes Portuguese and Hindi. This reflects our commitment to serving clients around the world.

David is currently undergoing intensive hands-on training in machine build, operation, electrics and hydraulics to deepen his technical understanding. His primary focus will be supporting client enquiries and managing our client support team.
