When I was 18ish, I went to Cyprus and got a tattoo on my wrist by a tattoo artist who had also done a tattoo for Peter Andre (claim to fame!) It means "Life's too Short"....in Elvish.....that I translated myself on the internet 🧝‍♀️

This means a lot to me as my Mum passed away when she was 26 years old so I felt like it was a safe tattoo that I would never regret (and I was right )

When I was younger, I took this to mean PARTY! LIVE! DRINK! DANCE! EXPLORE! And I did all of those things with abandon 🫣

Now I'm older, I see it a little differently.

Life is too short to waste it feeling hungover.
Life is too short to be worried all the time about what you look like in your bikini.
Life is too short to say no to things because she don't have the energy.

Now I use it as my guide to help me live life according to my values: health, growth, freedom, family, time.
And its blimming awesome!

If you need some help getting to your "Life's too short " moment, come and join my next SAINT Method group. I'll be sharing more details soon but let me know if you're keen and I will make sure you don't miss out x

When you are cooking for more than one person it can be challenging of you have got opposing goals 🤔

I am trying to lose fat and my partner is trying to gain muscle! So when it comes to dinner time, we eat the same protein but the main difference comes from our carbs.

I reduce the quantity of mine and replace with veg to save some calories- and he loads up on the carbs to get his calories! 🍚

It doesn't need to be super complicated x

I am currently putting myself through my own program The SAINT Method...but what even is it?!

Well it isn’t just another generic fitness plan or fad diet. It’s a step-by-step framework built on 5 powerful pillars:

S — Strength

Building actual physical strength, fitness and mobility. Why? So you can feel capable, powerful, and set your body up to go the distance.

A — Align

Figuring out your values, goals, and priorities so you can start living a life that actually reflects you and what you want, not just what others need from you.

I — Instill

Creating new sustainable habits that support your long-term success so you can have the energy you need to enjoy your life and show up for yourself (and others).

N — Nourish

Fuelling your body and mind with what you truly need so you can learn to eat with confidence, not guilt.

T — Thrive

Stepping into your full potential so you can be energised, confident, and fully in control of your health and happiness.

I'm going to be opening up The SAINT Method to a new group of awesome women very soon, so send me a message if you're keen and I will make sure you are the first to know!
