We are inviting applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Plant Manager – Operation & Maintenance for our hydropower projects.

Job Description (Key Responsibilities):

1) Overall responsibility for operation and maintenance (O&M) of the hydropower plant
2) Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operation in accordance with standards
3) Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of electro-mechanical equipment
4) Supervise plant operators, technicians, and maintenance staff
5) Coordinate with grid authority, owner, and relevant stakeholders
6) Maintain operation logs, maintenance records, and statutory reports
7) Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
8) Manage spare parts, tools, and consumables efficiently
9) Support testing, commissioning, and shutdown/start-up activities when required

🎓 Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Electro-Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hydropower plant operation & maintenance
Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and reporting skills
