The TGW Lithuania team had a great time at Kaunas University of Technology WANTed Career Days! 🚀

We met lots of curious and motivated students, had great conversations, exchanged contact details, and talked about internship opportunities across TGW Northern Europe.

And here’s the best part - our internships can often turn into something much longer! Many students who join us as interns go on to become full-time team members. So, what starts as an internship could be the beginning of an exciting career with TGW 💙

Of course, we also did approximately one million handshakes. We may need to add handshake endurance to our CVs after this one ✋

The TGW Northern Europe People & Culture team recently came together in the UK for a day of collaboration, creativity and a bit of healthy competition at Stanwick Lakes. With team members spread across multiple offices and three countries, opportunities to meet in person are rare, making days like these especially valuable.

The team kicked things off with a workshop to move forward an important document management project before heading outdoors for an orienteering challenge around the lakes. The afternoon took a creative turn with a portrait-painting session led by local artist Louise Berrill, resulting in plenty of laughs and some very memorable artwork. To round off a fantastic day, the team gathered for dinner, sharing stories, great food and a chance to reconnect before saying goodbye, tot ziens and hej då until next time.

At TGW, we're lucky to have our own "school" right on our doorstep. Our Training Center in the UK, located next to our office, is where knowledge, experience, and curiosity come together. It's more than just a place to learn technical skills. It's where careers grow, confidence builds, and ideas turn into expertise.

A huge thank you to our trainers and learning experts who share their knowledge every day, guide us through new challenges, and help us keep developing throughout our career journeys. They remind us that learning doesn't stop when school ends. In many ways, that's where the most exciting part begins.

Are you the person everyone calls when “the system is doing something weird”?
We might have a job for you. 😉

We’re looking for a Systems Technical Specialist to join our team and dive deep into the world of software, WCS, WM and IT. Basically, all the things that make automated systems tick (and occasionally refuse to tick).

You’ll work on new projects over the longer term, bring your experience with automation systems or something similar, and become the go-to technical expert when things get interesting.

Based around Västerås
Lots of travelling but don’t worry, a company car comes with the job 🚗🙂
Swedish + English are a must
And yes, being a bit of an IT/software geek is definitely encouraged.
