In this video we're 𝗽𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗩𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗼𝘁𝘀 for solar park maintenance:
▶️ Part 1 shows the 𝗩𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝟮𝗪𝗗 robot in an autonomous endurance run—covering hours of operation across a predefined trajectory.
▶️ Part 2 features our 𝗩𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝟰𝗪𝗗 prototype undergoing a stress test of its steering actuator and wheel motors, a key step in validating its off-road performance. 💪

These long-duration tests are crucial in proving reliability and performance before deployment in the field.

Here’s a timelapse of our 𝐕𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐖𝐃2.0 mower robot in Heerenveen, autonomously maintaining a solar park with precision and consistency.
From sunrise to sunset, the robot navigates rows of solar panels, keeping vegetation in check — 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜, 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐮𝐬, and built for scale.
This is the 𝐟𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞. And it’s already happening.

This week, our robots got the spotlight – quite literally. We spent the day in a professional photo studio where a team of talented photographers captured high-end product shots of our autonomous tool carriers.

We are proud to announce that Vector Machines has signed an agreement to maintain the newly developed 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗞𝗹𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗯𝗹𝗮𝗱 𝗡𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗼𝗼𝘀𝘁 (20 hectares) with our autonomous mowing robot, the Vector WD2.0! 🚜🔋
The solar field will soon have a total of 43,264 solar panels with a total capacity of 30.5 megawatt peak.🌞

By deploying our innovative robotic solution, we ensure sustainable and efficient vegetation management, supporting clean energy production in the years to come.

Deze week hebben wij een Spider - slope mower LD01 in bedrijf gesteld bij
Vakantiepark De Klepperstee in Ouddorp, Zeeland. ⛺ 🤝

Dit prachtig aangelegde park heeft veel zogenaamde Schurvelingen; beplante dijken tot ongeveer 2-2,5 meter hoog.
Deze dijken werden altijd met bosmaaiers gemaaid en men was al enige tijd op zoek naar een efficiënter en veiliger alternatief. 👷‍♂️ 🚨

Bijkomende uitdaging was dat de Schurvelingen vrij recent zijn aangelegd en daarom nog geen stevige zode hebben. Verschillende machines zijn de uitdaging aangegaan maar liepen vast op de mulle ondergrond of brachten er te veel schade aan.

Door op de steile stukken de unieke lier van de Spider te gebruiken is er van slip geen sprake meer en klimt de maaier zorgeloos omhoog. Door deze manier van maaien wordt de zode bovendien vaker bereden en wordt steviger.
Tenslotte maakt het werken met de Spider het werk een stuk prettiger en veel veiliger.
