A few days ago, we found ourselves in a situation that tested both our patience and our commitment to customer satisfaction.
One of our trucks carrying tiles was delayed on the road for several days due to circumstances beyond our control. At the same time, a customer was urgently waiting for about 200 cartons of a particular tile design that was inside that truck.
We kept in touch with him, explained the situation, and hoped for the best.
Thankfully, he was very understanding and patient throughout the delay. Instead of getting frustrated, he chose to wait for the exact design he wanted.
Today, we’re happy to say that the truck finally arrived and we successfully delivered all 200 cartons to him.
Moments like this remind us that good business is built not only on quality products but also on trust, communication, and understanding.
