2. Deed of Assignment/Conveyance or irrevocable power of attorney for those in the East (must be registered)

3. Survey Plan (Registered)

4. G0vt ID card (NIN of voters card or drivers Licence or international passport)

5. Passport with white background showing your two ear

6. Tax clearance certificate

7. Photo of your Land

These are the documents that confirms you to be a legit land owner in Nigeria
