In August 2024, a client engaged us to handle the design and construction of their development project on Orange Island, Lagos. After delivering the initial full design package, the client was impressed with the quality of work—but felt the design still didn’t fully capture their vision.

Rather than settling for “good enough,” we returned to the drawing board and worked closely with the client through several rounds of revisions, feedback, and refinements. Our priority was simple: ensure the final outcome aligned perfectly with their expectations.

After consistent collaboration and attention to detail, we delivered a final design that the client was truly satisfied with.
