To the glory of God Almighty, I emerged as the Treasurer of the All Progressives Congress in Delta State, after a peaceful state congress that held in Asaba, yesterday.

I express sincere appreciation to the Governor of Delta State H.E. Rt.Hon Sheriff Oborevwori JP, H.E Senator Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa CON, and the State Chairman of our party, Chief Solomon Areyinka.

I also specially thank everyone my leaders and members of APC Oshimili South Chapter for your support.

I'm grateful for your trust and assure you of my worthy representation at the state level.

I once again pledge my utmost loyalty to the party, the State government and my leaders in the state; I'll work collaboratively with everyone to deliver results.

APC Registration: Ogbueshi Anselm Onianwa Urges Deltans To Register En Masse.

The Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Delta State and Assistant Secretary of the All Progressives Congress in the State Ogbueshi Anselm Onianwa has called on Delta State residents and indigenes to seize the opportunity available with the Ongoing Nationwide Registration exercise to register as members of the party, as a means of contributing to the development of the state and nation.

According to him, the party's decision to begin the year with this membership assessment and standardisation drive signals its readiness to prioritise the interests of the people.

Speaking further, " The E-registration exercise of the party is a timely and important opportunity for our youths, women and students to become politically active, and the ruling party is the best option.

" Belonging to a political party is a part of our civic responsibilities, and the APC has pioneered various developmental projects that have benefited and continue to benefit Deltans and Nigerians.

" The party is also interested in internal democracy and gives members a chance to be expressive, and the performance of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu together with Governor Sheriff Oborevwori gives a stronger argument in APC's favour.

" Against this background, I enjoin leaders, stakeholders and members of the party in the state to work together towards strengthening our numbers ahead of the 2027 elections, Ogbueshi Onianwa added.

Ogbueshi Anselm Onianwa Hails Gov Sheriff Over Agbor Flyover Groundbreaking.

The Assistant Secretary of the All Progressives Congress in Delta State Ogbueshi Anselm 'Ayaka' Onianwa has applauded the Executive Governor of Delta State H.E. Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori JP for the successful groundbreaking exercise of the Agbor Flyover Project, explaining that it was a statement of assurance to the people of Delta North Senatorial District.

In his remarks, Ogbueshi Onianwa, a Senior Special Assistant to the Governor expressed his admiration for the speed at which the project was inaugurated and its importance to the people of Delta North, noting that the location was a strategic entry and exit point in Delta State.

" The Agbor Flyover Project initiative is very novel and a good testimony of the Renewed Hope For More Agenda in Delta state. The Governor through this project is showing detribalised leadership to the people, especially when you consider State government projects in other places in the state.

" The Agbor Flyover Project is a strategic one that will impact not just Deltans alone, but other commuters and road users from across the country, because that road is a route to other states like Edo, Kogi and even Abuja. Governor Sheriff is behind this project, strengthening the infrastructural base of the state, especially in Delta North Senatorial District, and it makes the party very proud heading into the electioneering season.

In conclusion, the Assistant Secretary Delta APC called on Deltans to fully support the present administration, as a basis to enjoy more dividends of democracy, while urging the Governor not to rest on his oars, in his bid to deliver the MORE Agenda program to Deltans.

On behalf of my family, staff and supporters, I join our leader, the More Agenda Master, the Executive Governor of Delta State H.E. Rt. Hon Sheriff F.O. Oborevwori JP to extend heartfelt compliments of the season to the people of Oshimili South and Deltans.

This period heralds a time of sober reflections which is accompanied by merriment and thanksgiving to God, as we commemorate the birth of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

Inspired by this, I urge us to find ways of expressing the lesson of love, giving and sharing, because it creates a ripple effect of joy and peace.

Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori JP has maintained an open-door disposition to the party, and this act has further complemented the laudable works he's doing in terms of infrastructure and citizens' welfare. Since the defection, the party across all levels have had a series of interactions and engagements with him, and we are not in doubt of his sincere desire for peace and progress of the state and the party.

" All around Delta North Senatorial District, massive projects are being delivered or are at various stages of completion. Some include the Agbor Flyover Project, the Asaba Waterfront City project which is at an advanced stage, the Asaba Storm drainage project, and the completed Section C of the Asaba-Ughelli Expressway, the Warri Flyover projects, the Ughelli Roads expansion projects, the Kwale Industrial Park project, to mention a few.

Yesterday, I joined the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress in Delta State Elder Omeni Sobotie, the Delta North Senatorial Chairman Ogbueshi Adizue Eluaka, in receiving the Forum of Leaders of Legislative Arms in Delta State.

The forum is led by Hon. Samuel Ekpemupolo (Chairman) and Hon Michael Okonji (Secretary).

At the meeting, our discussions were centred on strengthening the party, delivering massively for the President and Governor, with a focus on the grassroots development, which the forum represents.

Also present were the State Treasurer Prince Fred Mordi, State Publicity Secretary Barr. Valentine Onojeghuo, and State Financial Secretary Mr Williams Deniran.
