In the last post we discussed the possible factors that can cause engines to oooZe blue smoke from the exhaust. This blue smoke cause a lot of concern.

In that last post we discussed factors like excess oil, using the wrong oil in your engine, worn-out and ring etc. Now we will provide technical summary of some action that can be taken address the issues.

So, to address the issue, consider the following steps:

1. Check the oil level: Ensure the oil level is at the recommended level.

2. Change the oil: Switch to the correct type of oil and change it regularly.

3. Inspect and replace worn parts: Identify and replace worn or damaged engine components.

4. Clean or replace the air filter: Ensure proper airflow by cleaning or replacing the air filter.

5. Monitor engine temperature: Ensure the engine is operating within the recommended temperature range.

Many engine users have asked and others have wondered why their brings out from the exhaust pipes. Let's take a summary look. This is to simply the views for non technical people.

Blue smoke from a gasoline power generator's exhaust nozzle largely indicates that the engine is burning oil, which can be caused by several factors. This is just some factors. You still need an expert to tell you what the realm issues are:

1. Worn piston rings or cylinders: Over time, the piston rings and cylinders can wear out, allowing oil to seep into the combustion chamber and burn with the fuel.

2. High oil level: If the oil level is too high, it can cause the engine to draw in excess oil, leading to burning oil and blue smoke.

3. Faulty piston ring or valve seal: A damaged piston ring or valve seal can allow oil to enter the combustion chamber.

4. Clogged air filter: A clogged air filter can reduce airflow, causing the engine to run rich (more fuel than air), leading to burning oil.

5. Incorrect oil type: Using the wrong type of oil can cause it to break down and burn more easily.

6. Engine overheating: High engine temperatures can cause the oil to burn off and produce blue smoke.

7. Worn or damaged engine components: Other worn or damaged engine components, such as the valve stem seals or cylinder head, can also cause blue smoke.
