• Gas distribution system (LPG & NG)
• Telephone distribution and intercommunication system
• Lightning protection system
• Electrical substation
• Public address system, personnel location and call system
• Radio and television system
• Security system
• Lift, hoist, dumbwaiter and escalator
• Standby generator
• Soil and waste water piping system
• Pumping installation within the building
• Integrated building management system
