MERCEDES A/C NOT COLD ENOUGH IN THE AFTERNOON? 🔧❄️

At Subang, Rasa Sayang, Ah Heng used the SPZ-FA1 Pro Fullset to service this Mercedes after the customer complained that the A/C was not cold enough in the afternoon and the cooling fan kept running at high speed. During the service, around 170ml of old oil was recovered, and high pressure was also observed.

After flushing and servicing, the A/C temperature improved from around 9°C to approximately 6°C. With automatic operation and service report printing, the SPZ-FA1 Pro helps make A/C maintenance more systematic and convenient. ❄️💪

COLD WHILE DRIVING, BUT NOT WHEN PARKED? 🤔❄️

At Honest One, Batu Caves, Ah Ken checked this Toyota Vellfire after the customer reported that the A/C was cold while driving but became less effective when parked. Although the initial temperature was around 6.7°C, the cooling performance was inconsistent, so we carried out maintenance using the SPZ-FA1 Pro to flush out the old oil.

After servicing, the temperature reached around 6.0°C, although it was still fluctuating. Sometimes, the A/C may already feel cold, but proper maintenance is still important to help keep the system in good condition. 🔧❄️

A/C IS ALREADY COLD… SO WHY STILL DO FLUSHING? 🤔❄️

At Bota, Perak, Ah Heng used the SPZ-FA1 Pro Fullset to service this Toyota Altis. Even though the A/C was already cooling at around 6°C, approximately 130ml of old, yellowish oil was recovered during the flushing process.

After servicing, the A/C temperature reached 5.6°C with the bonnet closed. Compressor oil can deteriorate over time, even when the A/C still feels cold. Regular flushing and maintenance help keep the system in better condition. 🔧

12.7°C TO 7.5°C — SEE THE DIFFERENCE AFTER FLUSHING! ❄️🔥

At Saujana, Ah Ken used the SPZ-FA1 Pro to perform A/C flushing on this vehicle. Before servicing, the A/C temperature was around 12.7°C, and around 60ml of old oil was recovered during the flushing process.

40ML OF OLD OIL OUT… AND 4.5°C COLD! ❄️🔥

At Ipoh, Ah Heng used the SPZ-FA1 Pro to service this vehicle for a young team specialising in aircond services, especially for trucks. Around 40ml of old oil was recovered during the flushing process.

After servicing, 90ml of SP Oil was added together with a small amount of UV Dye for easier future leak detection. The A/C temperature reached around 4.5°C, almost reaching cut-off. 🔧❄️
