In fact the company is the first in Malaysia to introduce the 600T & 800T Hydraulic Injection Piling System which is free of Noise, Vibration and Pollution.This “Technology for the Environment” piling system was officially launched by the Minister of Housing and Local Government YB Dato’ Dr Ting Chew Peh on
29th March 1997 at the Nation Holding project site at Selayang, Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur. Since then we have successfully completed more than 100 piling projects in Malaysia, Australia and Singapore worth RM200 Million. We have now 16 units of the piling machine to cope with the demand on this piling system with capacity ranging from 400 MT to 800 MT jacking force. We do foresee a growing demand for such piling system especially in urban areas which require a clean, noise free and vibration free piling system. In Klang Valley, the local authorities like DBKL and MPPJ have stringent guideline on noise control for piling work
Every pile installed is jacked to minimum 2 times the working load, therefore we can guarantee the performance of every pile installed. This is especially useful for installing piles in varying soil conditions e.g. ex mining land with underground limestone formation. We are working directly with the principal manufacturer and our consultants to further improve the system performance and efficiency.
