The Space

Located in luxury gay friendly Sayan Beach condo building, which was completed in November 2015. Ideal location with views of old town, Playa Los Muertos, Los Arcos and the jungle. Secure building with front gate and staff includes two large pools and hot tub on beach side, as well as fire pit, BBQ area and direct beach access. Rooftop deck includes infinity pool and additional large ho

t tub, and extensive seating and lounge areas as well as bar and menu with breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Building also includes large steam room, massage room, and restaurant on main level that only services the building. Majority of the building is owner occupied and not open for rentals. Summary
Towels and Linens are provided. The washer dryer combo is full sized with soap immediately to left. Internet and Cable TV are provided. The Cable TV network has a large variety of English language channels. Safes are provided in each of the bedrooms. Small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, mixer, and blender) are provided. There are a full range of plates and glasses (service of 10), cooking equipment and spices. A gas BBQ grill is on the balcony (please follow directions closely). Getting Around

Sayan Beach has a Suburban which can be arranged to pick up guests from the airport and drop them upon departure. Parking spot is also available for those who choose to rent a car. Walk to the beach and to town in as little as 5-10 minutes. Cabs are easily accessible and are extremely inexpensive. Guest Access

Guests will have access to the condo as well as all common areas. You will need to contact Ivan (Restaurant and Bar Manager) for onsite food and drinks, highly recommended. Parking spot is also available upon request.

Why did I ask you to like this page?

We started coming here March 1, 2001, our 10th year anniversary. Matt and I have loved coming to Puerto Vallarta since then. The sunsets along the beach are extraordinary, and we had always thought having our own vacation home in PV was a great idea.

Michael Marriott came to us last year and proposed purchasing a new condo together in Puerto Vallarta. As an architect, I immediately loved the layout, location to the beach and the sunsets. Michael Marriott, Juan Toby Sanchez, Matt Snyder and myself are now proud owners of Sayan Beach 3D- Casa Marriott.

We are renting the space as a vacation rental when we are not there. Let me know if you are interested in staying at the unit.

On our last trip to Puerto Vallarta, the gym near the lower pool was so convenient. I woke up each morning, stopped by the restaurant next to the gym, ordered my breakfast to coincide with finishing my workout and worked out looking at the the Sayan Beach and the beautiful morning sky. A great healthy start to the day!
