Conditional Allocation of Donated Medical Items
1.Introduction
Ecomed Laboratories is pleased to invite eligible healthcare institutions, NGOs, and public health organizations to participate in a structured allocation process for donated medical items. This initiative is designed to ensure transparency, accountability, and optimal utilization of medical resources through a competitive offer-based (auction-style) system.
2.Purpose
The purpose of this tender is to allocate donated medical items fairly and efficiently and support health care systems in Malawi.
3.Scope of Donation
The donated medical items are as follows:
ECOMED - EV-360MT Ultra slim sinlge LED Film Viewer,
and The HemoCue HB 301 system, portable, point of care analyzer designed for rapid, lab- quality hemoglobin testing
4.Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be a registered healthcare institution, NGO, or government body complying with relevant health regulations and standards
5.Auction / Offer-Based Process
Interested organizations are required to submit price offers for the items they wish to receive.
