WE ARE HIRING: OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

The Office Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of office and assisting customers.

Duties include:
Handling of day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management;
Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner;
Prepare and process documentation for internal use and external stakeholders;
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and site visits;
Maintain records related to clients, employees, and service providers;
Supporting the managing director to ensure smooth and efficient office functioning.
Perform any other duties that may be required.

Knowledge and Skills Required:
Be able to communicate clearly and effectively with clients in Maltese and English;
Possess assertive communication and charismatic personality;
Be detail-oriented and highly organised;
Be proactive and have a methodical work approach;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
European passport or permission to work in Malta;
Clean police conduct certificate (must be presented).
