CLEANER needed for offices. Full time. Hours 8am to 4pm. Monday to Friday. Spoken English is a requirement.

Duties:

Office Cleaning:
Ensure all office premises are thoroughly cleaned, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing workspaces, common areas, restrooms, and meeting rooms.

Residential Cleaning:
Provide residential cleaning services as needed, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens.

Trash Removal:
Empty waste bins, recycling, and dispose of trash in accordance with facility policies.

Floor Care:
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Window Cleaning:
Clean interior windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.

Restocking Supplies:
Ensure that all cleaning supplies and restroom products are restocked and available.

Deep Cleaning:
Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks, such as carpet cleaning, upholstery care, and high dusting.

Compliance:
Adhere to health and safety guidelines, using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.

Client Interaction:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with cleaning services.
