တချို့​တွေက ၄ရက်ပဲရှိ​သေးတယ် ယုန်​လေး​တွေကြ​နေတာပဲ။ အ​ဝေးကြီး​ရောက်ကုန်ကြပြိ🐇🐇🐰🐰🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️🚶
ဒါ​တောင် WFH barons ​လေး​တွေ အိမိ​နားပတ်​ပြေးတုန်းရှိ​သေးတယ်။ project site ​တွေထဲက Barons ​လေး​တွေဆို site ထဲလမ်းလျှောက်ရင်း track လုပ်ထားရုံဆို​တော့ WFH Barons ​လေး​တွေကို ခန​လေး​ကျော်ကုန်မယ်ထင်🏃🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

လကုန်ဖို့ 100km ပြည့်ဖို့ အချိနိ​တွေအများကြီးကျန်​သေးလို့ မ join ရ​သေးတဲ့ Barons ​လေး​တွေ မီ​သေးတယ်​နော်။

Join ပြီးသား Member 79 ​ယောက်မှာ 51 ​ယောက်ပဲ leaderboard မှာ​ပေါ်​သေးတာမို့ profile setting မှာ privacy setting ​ပြောင်း​ပေးကြ​နော်။
Activity လုပ်တုန်း live tracking လုပ်ဖို့ မ​မေ့ပါနဲ့။🤳🤳🤳 ဒါမှ ကျန်တဲ့ community member ​တွေက မြင်ရပြီး လက်ခုပ်တီးတာတို့, Go Go Go ​အော်တာတို့, Awesome လို့​အော်တာတို့နဲ့ cheer up လုပ်​ပေးလို့ရမှာပါ။👏👏

Activity ​လေးက​တော့ ACTIVE January in BARONS လို့အမည်​ပေးထားပြီး January တစ်လလုံး 100KM ​ပြေးခြင်း, လမ်း​လျှောက်ခြင်းတို့ကို မိမိ​နေအိမ်, မိမိပတ်ဝန်းကျင်တို့မှာ ​နေ့စဥ်, ရက်ခြားဆိုသလို activeness ​လေးကိုစု​ဆောင်းပြီး ကျန်းမာ​ခြင်းဆုလာဘ်ကို ရယူဖို့ပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

COVID နဲ့ Work From Home ယှဥ်တွဲခဲ့တဲ့ကာလကြီးမှာ stress hormone ​တွေအများကြီးစု​ဆောင်းခဲ့ကြလို့ happy hormones ​တွေကို January မှာပြန်လည်စု​ဆောင်းတိုက်ဖျက်ကြပါမယ်။ ဒါ​ကြောင့် ဒီ activity ​လေးမှာပါဝင်ခြင်းဖြင့် ကျန်းမာခြင်း ဆုလာဘ်သာမက Exercise activity က​နေထွက်တဲ့ Happy hormone Endorphins ​တွေစုမိတာ​ကြောင့် ​​ပျော်ရွှင်ခြင်းဆုလာဘ်​တွေပါဆက်တိုက်ရရှိမှာပါ🌞🌞🌞
