We investigated the water content or dry matter of dozens of products to demonstrate the optimal method for drying them on MA X2 and MA R series moisture analyzers.
We have described the process and results of our research in white papers, which can be the basis for developing your own drying methodology that takes into account the specific characteristics of the particular product.
The white papers, which we publish both on our website and on the company’s blog, contain basic information for the process of confirming the compliance of the drying method we used for selected food products, such as cereal grains, dried potato and lactose.
