Some careers begin with a clear vision. Others start with a single conversation.
InspireHer was designed for that moment, when engineering moves from an abstract idea to a concrete path young women can picture themselves taking.

By bringing together over 30 students from our partner schools across Morocco, InspireHer offered direct exposure rather than formal speeches. Through open exchanges with engineers and senior leaders, participants gained a realistic view of roles, expectations, and everyday professional life.

The objective was simple: make opportunities easier to understand and easier to imagine.
Support young women in navigating expectations, exploring leadership paths, and seeing how their skills can turn into real impact.

Leaders were deeply involved in the initiative, actively engaging in discussions. They shared their journeys, challenges, results, and lessons learned, offering practical insight drawn from experience. These conversations helped connect academic paths to concrete professional opportunities.

The result: greater clarity, confidence, and a grounded understanding of what it takes to build a future in engineering.
Because sometimes, visibility and access, paired with the right conversation, can change everything.

Capgemini Engineering in Morocco recently hosted its Open Doors Clubs 2026, a moment dedicated to showcasing the energy and diversity of our internal community.

Led by passionate ambassadors, each club created a space to share its initiatives, highlight key achievements from the past year and present its ambitions for the future. The event offered colleagues a closer look at the different clubs, how they operate and how to become part of them.

Beyond the presentations, this edition reflected something deeper, a culture where people are encouraged to express their passions, share their talents and connect beyond their day-to-day roles. These initiatives facilitate collaboration and reinforce a sense of belonging across our teams.

Thank you to every ambassador and organizer who made this edition a success. We look forward to seeing these clubs continue to grow in the year ahead.

Equality is a powerful driver of progress. At Capgemini, it shapes the way we imagine solutions, build teams, and evolve as a global organization. This International Women’s Day is an opportunity to reaffirm our commitment to creating an inclusive environment across all regions.

Here in Morocco, women now represent 50% of our workforce, a milestone that reflects our continued efforts to foster a more balanced and equitable workplace. We invest in future ready skills, strengthen well being through year round initiatives, and work with experts to promote accessibility and inclusive practices across our teams.

Our responsibility also extends beyond our organization. Through community partnerships focused on education, empowerment, and broader access to opportunities, we support the next generation of Moroccan talent, including young women aspiring to STEM and engineering careers.

This progress encourages us to keep moving forward, guided by global insights and a shared ambition: building a workplace where everyone can grow with confidence and contribute to meaningful impact.

Engineering releases its latest publication, “Advancing Solid-State Hydrogen for Mobility,” in the Journal of Power Sources. This first milestone was developed in collaboration with our R&D partner – UM6P in Morocco and reflects our shared commitment to advancing solid state hydrogen solutions for the future of clean mobility.

As part of our larger research program on hydrogen for mobility, this review outlines why solid‑state hydrogen storage, especially metal hydrides, is a promising alternative to traditional gas tanks. It explains how AI and modeling help identify suitable materials, anticipate their behavior in real vehicles, and define key needs such as weight, temperature control, and refueling. It also provides a clear overview of the environmental impact of these solutions and their role in long‑term decarbonization.

This publication strengthens the scientific foundations for next‑generation solid‑state hydrogen storage systems and underscores the importance of connecting materials science with system engineering, supporting Capgemini Engineering Morocco’s roadmap toward safer, more autonomous, and scalable hydrogen‑powered mobility.
