What does it take to stand in front of a jury and defend your ideas?

For the young beneficiaries of Jadara Foundation , the Demo Days at the Hay Hassani Center were exactly that moment and they rose to the challenge.

After months of learning and project development, participants took the stage to present their projects.
Out volunteers were proud to join the jury, sharing constructive insights, challenging ideas and encouraging participants to continue building on their achievements.

Because mentorship is not only about evaluation, it is about building confidence, expanding perspectives and helping young talents unlock their potential.

We are proud of our volunteers for their commitment, and of every participant who stepped forward to share their ideas.

Today, we celebrate International Women in Engineering Day, an opportunity to recognize the contributions of women engineers and the role they play in shaping the future of our industry, while this year’s focus on Engineering Intelligence highlights how human creativity, engineering expertise and artificial intelligence come together to address increasingly complex challenges and drive meaningful innovation across sectors and markets.

Across our engineering teams, this dynamic comes to life in the way solutions are designed, developed and delivered every day, combining technical excellence with new technologies to create lasting impact.

It is also a moment to acknowledge that progress remains ongoing, as women represent 28.2% of the global STEM workforce and continue to be underrepresented across engineering disciplines and regions, encouraging continued efforts and commitment.

Within Capgemini Engineering in Morocco, women engineers are present at every level of the organization, leading initiatives, sharing their expertise and contributing to the way solutions are imagined and delivered, supported by a Women in Engineering network that encourages connections, continuous learning and long-term growth across teams and activities.

What happens when bold ideas are given the space to grow?

After several months of creativity, collaboration and innovation, the final stage of our internal competition “Thinkers & Makers” brought together finalists and innovation enthusiasts for an inspiring closing ceremony.

Launched in January 2026, the initiative encouraged teams to challenge conventional thinking, explore new perspectives and transform ideas into impactful projects. During the finale, finalist teams presented the solutions they have been developing throughout the competition, showcasing not only innovation and technical expertise, but also teamwork, commitment and collective intelligence.

The event reflected the energy and creativity that continue to shape our innovation culture, where collaboration and experimentation help turn ideas into meaningful impact.

Congratulations to all participants and finalists for their dedication and thank you to everyone who contributed to making this initiative such a valuable moment of exchange, innovation and team spirit.

🌍 How do we turn climate ambition into real action?

At Capgemini, we’ve already reduced travel emissions per employee by 70% compared to 2019, proof that every journey can contribute to a more sustainable future. For , our Morocco teams turned commitment into action by combining cycling with waste collection.

As part of our Zero Hero 2026 journey, colleagues came together to promote sustainable mobility, contribute to cleaner public spaces and demonstrate that meaningful change starts with everyday actions.

An inspiring reminder that action drives change and that every effort moves us one step closer to a more sustainable world.

For the second time this year, we had the pleasure of welcoming a new group of students from the for an immersive discovery day at Capgemini.

From discovering our work environment to exchanging with our experts, the day offered valuable insights into the opportunities that engineering and technology can unlock.

Alongside , we recently held an interactive workshop dedicated to public speaking and self-expression.
